The working temperature of the industrial electric furnace produced by the company is 1100℃. Since the coal was changed to electric coal to gas in 2016, commissioned by Tianjin customers, the electric energy-saving annealing furnace was designed, and 20% of the electricity was saved compared with the data recording after 3 months of process exploration. This technology was later mainly applied to tube furnace, roller hearth furnace and mufter furnace.
